466.04 466.04(1) (1) Naturopathic doctor license. The board shall grant a naturopathic doctor license to a person who does all of the following: 466.04(1)(a) (a) Submits an application for the license to the department on a form provided by the department. 466.04(1)(b) (b) Pays the fee specified in s. 440.05 (1) . 466.04(1)(c) (c) Subject to ss. 111.321 , 111.322 , and 111.335 , submits evidence satisfactory to the board that the applicant does not have an arrest or a conviction record. 466.04(1)(d) (d) Submits evidence satisfactory to the board that he or she has completed one of the following: 466.04(1)(d)1.

1.A naturopathic medical education program offered in the United States that satisfies all of the following: 466.04(1)(d)2.
2.A program at a diploma-granting, degree-equivalent ins
