462.03 462.03(1) (1) General requirements. The board may not grant a license or limited X-ray machine operator permit under this section to a person unless all of the following apply: 462.03(1)(a) (a) The person is at least 18 years of age. 462.03(1)(b) (b) The person holds a high school diploma or its equivalent, as determined by the board. 462.03(1)(c) (c) The person pays the initial credential fee determined by the department under s. 440.03 (9) (a) . 462.03(1)(d) (d) The person submits an application on a form provided by the department. 462.03(1)(e) (e) Subject to ss. 111.321 , 111.322 , and 111.335 , the person does not have an arrest or conviction record. 462.03(2) (2) License.
