460.14
460.14(1) (1) Subject to the rules promulgated under s. 440.03 (1) , the affiliated credentialing board may make investigations and conduct hearings to determine whether a violation of this chapter or any rule promulgated under this chapter has occurred.
460.14(2) (2) Subject to the rules promulgated under s. 440.03 (1) , the affiliated credentialing board may reprimand a license holder or deny, limit, suspend, or revoke a license under this chapter if it finds that the applicant or license holder has done any of the following:
460.14(2)(a) (a) Made a material misstatement in an application for a license or for renewal of a license.
