455.09 455.09(1) (1) Subject to the rules promulgated under s. 440.03 (1) , the examining board may deny an application for a license, or may by order suspend for a period not exceeding one year, limit, revoke or impose probationary conditions upon a license, authority to practice interjurisdictional telepsychology, or temporary authorization to practice or reprimand a licensee or a holder of authority to practice interjurisdictional telepsychology or temporary authorization to practice if the applicant, licensee, or holder does any of the following: 455.09(1)(a) (a) Subject to ss. 111.321 , 111.322 and 111.335 , is a felon. 455.09(1)(b) (b) Subject to ss. 111.321 , 111.322 and 111.34 , engaged in the practice of psychology or the private practice of school psychology while his or her abil
