451.02 Nothing in this chapter requires a certificate under this chapter for any of the following:
451.02(1) (1) An individual holding a license, permit or certificate under ch. 441 , 446 , 447 , 448 , or 449 or a compact privilege under subch. II of ch. 447 or subch. XI or XII of ch. 448 who engages in a practice of acupuncture that is also included within the scope of his or her license, permit, certificate, or privilege.
