287.095 287.095(1) (1) Definition. In this section, “responsible unit official” means any officer, official, agent or employee of a responsible unit engaged in the planning, management, operation or approval of a recycling program or recycling site or facility. 287.095(2) (2) Exemption from liability. No responsible unit official is liable for civil damages as a result of good faith actions taken by the responsible unit official within the scope of duties relating to the responsible unit’s recycling program or recycling site or facility.
