279.08
279.08(1) (1) The authority may enter into a trust agreement or trust indenture between the authority and one or more corporate trustees for any bonds issued under this chapter. Any trust company or bank having the powers of a trust company may be a trustee.
279.08(2) (2) The bond resolution providing for the issuance of bonds shall pledge the assessments to be received by the authority with respect to the bonds referred to in the bond resolution. The pledge is valid and binding from the time that the resolution is adopted. The revenues pledged are immediately subject to the lien of the pledge without any physical delivery or any further act. The lien is valid and binding as against all persons having claims in tort, contract, or otherwise against the authority, irrespective of whet
