232.05 232.05(1) (1) Except as provided otherwise in this chapter, the corporation has all the powers necessary and convenient to carry out its duties under sub.

(2), including the powers to do all of the following: 232.05(1)(a) (a) To make, amend and repeal bylaws for the conduct of its affairs. 232.05(1)(b) (b) To adopt a seal and alter that seal. 232.05(1)(c) (c) To sue and be sued. 232.05(1)(d) (d) To maintain an office. 232.05(1)(e) (e) To accept a loan, contribution or grant. 232.05(1)(f) (f) To execute contracts and other instruments. 232.05(1)(g) (g) To employ legal, financial, technical or other experts and any other necessary employees and to fix their qualifications, duties and compensation, without regard to ch. 230 except s. 230.40 . 232.05(2) (2) The corporation shall: 232.0
