229.825 229.825(1) (1) The district board shall maintain a special fund into which it deposits all of the revenue received from the department of revenue, that is derived from the taxes imposed under subch. V of ch. 77 , and may use this revenue only for the purposes specified in sub.

(2). The district may not deposit any other moneys into the special fund, except that the district shall credit all earnings on the revenues in the special fund to the special fund. The earnings on the revenues shall be used only for the purposes specified in sub.
(2). 229.825(2) (2) The district shall first use the revenues in the special fund maintained under sub.
(1)for the payment of current debt service on bonds issued by the district for purposes related to football stadium facilities. If the revenue
