229.805 The district, in consultation with each 1st class city and county within the district’s jurisdiction and the professional baseball team that leases baseball park facilities constructed under this subchapter as its home facilities, shall study the feasibility of, and options for, the redevelopment of baseball park facilities of the district other than a baseball stadium and, not later than 2 years after December 7, 2023, prepare a report summarizing the findings of the study. The redevelopment report shall contain a recommendation supporting or opposing a potential payment in lieu of general property taxes for any development of the baseball park facilities of the district other than a baseball stadium.
