229.435 Within 30 days following the expiration of terms as described in s. 229.42 (4e) (a) , and upon the secretary of administration issuing the certification described in s. 229.42 (4e) (d) , each person who may appoint members to a board of directors under s. 229.42 (4) , (5) or (6) shall certify to the department of administration the names of the persons appointed to the board of directors under s. 229.42 (5) or (6) or, if the sole sponsoring municipality is a 1st class city, the names of the persons appointed to the board of directors under s. 229.42 (4) .
