192.37 192.37(1) (1) Whenever any corporation operates a railroad through enclosed lands and fails to construct the fences, farm crossings or cattle guards required by law, proper for the use of the enclosed lands, the owner or occupant of the lands may give notice to the railroad corporation of its failure to construct the necessary fences, farm crossings and cattle guards on the owner’s or occupant’s enclosed lands. 192.37(2) (2) The notice under sub.
