192.36 192.36(1) (1) Whenever a railroad corporation fails to build or repair any fence, which the law requires it to erect, the owner or occupant of the land adjoining may, between April 1 and October 1, give notice in writing to the railroad corporation to build the fence within 60 days, or repair the fence within 30 days, after service of the notice. 192.36(2) (2) The notice under sub.
