182.31 As used in ss. 182.30 to 182.48 , the following words and terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context shall indicate another or different meaning or intent: 182.31(1) (1) “Corporation” or “turnpike corporation” means any corporation organized not for profit and without stock for the purposes and with the powers set forth hereunder. 182.31(2) (2) “Cost” as applied to a turnpike project shall embrace the cost of construction, including bridges over or under existing highways and railroads, the cost of acquisition of all land, rights-of-way, property, rights, easements and interests acquired by the corporation for such construction, the cost of demolishing or removing any buildings or structures on land so acquired, including the cost of acquiring any lands to which su
