136.08 Any person who is the owner, officer, manager or employee of a contractor is prohibited from being the owner, officer, manager or employee of any supplier whose partial or whole purpose is the selling or supplying of merchandise to the contractor. A stockholder of less than 10 percent of the stock of a supplier corporation is exempt from the prohibition of this section.
