Text

(1)The commissioner shall appoint an advisory committee to review issues and topics of interest related to this title.
(2)The committee is composed of ten members:
(a)Four members representing employees' interests in paid family and medical leave, each of whom shall be appointed from a list of at least four names submitted by a recognized statewide organization of employees;
(b)four members representing employers, each of whom shall be appointed from a list of at least four names submitted by a recognized statewide organization of employers; and (c) two ex officio members, without a vote, one of whom shall represent the department and the other shall be the ombuds for the family and medical leave program. The member representing the department shall be the chair.
