Text
(a)An occupant shall not use storage space at a self-storage facility for residential purposes.
(b)An owner shall not knowingly permit the use of a storage space for residential purposes. (Added 2007, No. 183 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. Jan. 1, 2009; amended 2021, No. 168 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. July 1, 2022.)
