Text

Claims for compensation under the provisions of this chapter shall not be assignable. Compensation and claims for compensation shall be exempt from all claims of creditors, except as provided in section 682 of this chapter. (Amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 144, eff. July 1, 2024.)
