Text
The decisions of the Commissioner shall be enforceable by the Superior Court under the provisions of section 675 of this chapter. From such a decision, an appeal shall lie in the same manner as other appeals from the Commissioner. However, in no case shall an appeal under this section operate as a stay unless the Commissioner or the court to which the appeal is taken orders. (Amended 1973, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff.
