Text
The Commissioner of Health may contract with any person, institution, or State department for the performance of any or all of the duties of the Chief Medical Examiner. Such services shall be paid for from the biennial budget of the Department of Health. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 27, eff. March 1, 1961; 1961, No. 20; 1971, No. 33, § 4, eff.
