The Office of Veterans’ Affairs may use some, none, or all of the funds to educate veterans in need about programs and benefits that will provide more permanent solutions to their financial situation. Any use of funds for veteran education or program support shall be approved in advance by the Adjutant and Inspector General. (Added 2001, No. 116 (Adj. Sess.), § 8, eff. May 28, 2002; amended 2021, No. 105 (Adj. Sess.), § 381, eff. July 1, 2022.)
