Text
(a)The Adjutant General, subject to available funds and with the advice of the Vermont Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery Advisory Committee, shall administer the creation, establishment, operation, and maintenance of the Vermont Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery.
(b)The Adjutant General may accept unconditional gifts, grants of money, services, and facilities from any source, public or private, subject to the provisions of 32 V.S.A. § 5.
