§ 2752 — License

Vermont·Title 8 Title 8: Banking and Insurance·Ch. 83 Chapter 083: Debt Adjusters
No person shall engage in the business of debt adjustment except as authorized by this chapter and without first obtaining a license from the Commissioner. (Added 1969, No. 204 (Adj. Sess.), eff. March 23, 1970; amended 2009, No. 137 (Adj. Sess.), § 3.)
