Text
(a)The license to practice naturopathic medicine shall be renewed every two years by filing a renewal application on a form provided by the Director. The application shall be accompanied by the required fee and evidence of compliance with subsection (b) of this section.
(b)As a condition of renewal, a naturopathic physician shall complete a program of continuing education, approved by the Director, during the preceding two years. The Director shall not require more than 30 hours of continuing education biennially. (Added 1995, No. 171 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 2007, No. 163 (Adj. Sess.), § 42; 2011, No. 116 (Adj.
