Text
(a)There shall be paid to the Secretary of State fees for filing as follows:
(1)Articles of incorporation, $15.00;
(2)Articles of amendment, $10.00;
(3)Articles of consolidation or merger, $15.00;
(4)Articles of conversion, $10.00;
(5)Certificate of election to dissolve, $5.00;
(6)Articles of dissolution, $5.00; and
(7)Certificate of change of principal office, $5.00.
(b)Such fees shall include two certified copies of the respective instruments.
