Text
A person entitled to notice of a meeting may waive the notice in writing either before or after the meeting. If the person shall attend the meeting, attendance shall constitute a waiver of notice of the meeting, unless the person participates solely to object to the transaction of any business because the meeting has not been legally called or convened. (Amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 417, eff. July 1, 2024.)
