Text
There is hereby created a consolidated water district to be known as the “Champlain Water District” that shall embrace the Towns of Colchester, Essex, Shelburne, South Burlington, and Williston, in the County of Chittenden and State of Vermont. The District may be enlarged under the provisions of section 17 of this chapter.
