§ 3 — Composition

Vermont·Title 24 Title 24 Appendix: Municipal Charters·Ch. 601 Chapter 601: Rutland County Recreational District

The District is composed of and includes all of the lands and residents within those municipalities in the State of Vermont that vote to approve and enter into this District at the time of its creation and other municipalities as are subsequently admitted to the District as provided by this chapter, except for those municipalities that may withdraw as provided by this chapter. The municipalities composing the District shall constitute its members and are designated as member municipalities.
