§ 1 — Creation
Vermont·Title 24 Title 24 Appendix: Municipal Charters·Ch. 601 Chapter 601: Rutland County Recreational District
Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. chapter 121, subchapter 3, there is created a union municipal district that shall be known as the Rutland County Recreation District and that shall be a body politic and corporate.
