§ 3197 — Unprofessional conduct
Vermont·Title 26 Title 26: Professions and Occupations·Ch. 60 Chapter 060: Peer Support Providers And Peer Recovery Support Specialists
(a)Unprofessional conduct means misusing a title in professional activity and any of the conduct listed in 3 V.S.A. § 129a, whether committed by a certified peer support provider, a certified peer recovery support specialist, or an applicant.
(b)The Office may discipline a certified peer support provider or a certified peer recovery support specialist for unprofessional conduct as provided in 3 V.S.A. § 129a. (Added 2023, No. 170 (Adj. Sess.), § 4, eff. July 1, 2025.)
