§ 1527 — Penalty
Vermont·Title 10 Title 10: Conservation and Development·Ch. 53 Chapter 053: Beverage Containers; Deposit-Redemption System
A person who violates a provision of this chapter shall be fined in accordance with chapter 201 of this title.
