Any nonprofit health maintenance organization subject to this chapter shall offer nongroup plans to individuals in accordance with 33 V.S.A. § 1811 without discrimination based on age, gender, industry, and medical history, except as allowed by 33 V.S.A. § 1811(f)(2)(B).
