§ 52 — Maintenance
Vermont·Title 10 Title 10: Conservation and Development·Ch. 5 Chapter 005: State Building at Eastern States Exposition
The Department of Buildings and General Services shall be responsible for the maintenance of the land and buildings and repair and alterations of the physical structure including adequate coverage by insurance. (Amended 1983, No. 141 (Adj. Sess.), § 4(a), eff. April 11, 1984.)
