Text

A person becomes a member:

(1)as provided in the organic rules;
(2)as the result of a merger or conversion under article 16 of this title; or
(3)with the consent of all the members. (Added 2011, No. 84 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. April 20, 2012.)
