Text
The Commissioner of Buildings and General Services is authorized to grant easements and rights-of-way in connection with projects and land under his or her jurisdiction. In the event that the easement or right-of-way ceases to be used for the purpose granted, title to the easement shall revert to the State. (Added 1981, No. 48; amended 1983, No. 147 (Adj. Sess.), § 4(b), eff. April 11, 1984; 1995, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 42, eff. May 22, 1996.)
