§ 162 — Easements and rights-of-way
Vermont·Title 29 Title 29: Public Property and Supplies·Ch. 5 Chapter 005: Department of Buildings and General Services
The Commissioner of Buildings and General Services is authorized to grant easements and rights-of-way in connection with projects and land under his or her jurisdiction. In the event that the easement or right-of-way ceases to be used for the purpose granted, title to the easement shall revert to the State. (Added 1981, No. 48; amended 1983, No. 147 (Adj.
