Text

A facsimile of the signature of the Secretary of State imprinted by or at the Secretary’s direction upon any certification issued pursuant to law, upon any attestation required of the Secretary by law, or upon any certification of official documents or records of which the Secretary is custodian, shall have the same validity as the Secretary of State’s written signature. (Added 1993, No. 108 (Adj. Sess.), § 22, eff. Feb. 16, 1994; amended 2025, No. 10, § 1, eff. July 1, 2025.)
