Text

(a)Each Secretary shall take and file the official oath prior to assuming office.
(b)The Governor’s Cabinet shall meet from time to time at the call of the Governor. The cabinet may create such committees as it considers appropriate, the membership of which may be established by the Cabinet and may include persons not members of the Cabinet. (1969, No. 244 (Adj.
