§ 101 — Creation
Vermont·Title 24 Title 24 Appendix: Municipal Charters·Ch. 413 Chapter 413: Northwest Vermont Solid Waste Management District
Upon approval of this chapter by the participating municipalities, as required in 24 V.S.A. chapter 121, subchapter 3, there is hereby created a union municipal district that shall be known as the Northwest Vermont Solid Waste Management District (hereinafter referred to as the District) and that shall be a body politic and corporate.
