Text

As used in this chapter:

(1)“Place of public accommodation” has the same meaning as in 9 V.S.A. § 4501.
(2)“Public building” has the same meaning as in 20 V.S.A. § 2730.
(3)“Single-user toilet facility” means a single-occupancy restroom with at least one water closet and with an outer door that can be locked by the occupant. (Added 2017, No. 127 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
