Text

Each party state shall pay compensation and death benefits to injured members of their emergency forces and representatives of deceased members who are injured or killed while rendering aid pursuant to this Compact, in the same manner and on the same terms as if the injury or death occurred within the party’s own state. (Added 1999, No. 138 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
