Text

Before entering upon a manager’s duties, a manager shall be sworn to the faithful performance of the manager’s duties and shall have crime insurance coverage or give a bond to the town in the amount and with the sureties as the selectboard may require. (Amended 2021, No. 179 (Adj. Sess.), § 23, eff. July 1, 2022.)
