The Board shall have the authority to regulate synthetic cannabinoids and hemp-derived cannabinoids, including delta-8 and delta-10 tetrahydrocannabinol. (Added 2021, No. 158 (Adj. Sess.), § 10, eff. May 31, 2022.)
