Text
(a)This chapter shall not be construed to limit in any way the powers of the Department of Health with regard to the regulation of food and drink and the standards, adulteration, misbranding, and misrepresentation thereof.
(b)The provisions of this chapter are severable. If any provision of this chapter, any exemption under this chapter, or any application of this chapter to any person or circumstance is invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions, exemptions, or applications that can be given effect without the invalid provision, exemption, or application.
