Cannabis possessed unlawfully in violation of this title or administrative rules adopted pursuant to this title may be seized by law enforcement and is subject to forfeiture. (Added 2019, No. 164 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. Oct. 7, 2020; amended 2025, No. 56, § 1, eff. July 1, 2025.)
