Text

(a)Commissioners shall be full-time State employees and shall be exempt from the State classified system.
(b)The commissioners shall receive compensation equal to one-half that of a Superior Court Judge.
(c)The term of each commissioner shall begin on the date of appointment and end on May 1, 2027. (Added 2021, No. 128 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 24, 2022; amended 2023, No. 107 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 13, 2024; repealed on May 1, 2027 by 2021, No. 128 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
