§ 1824a — Publicly funded carriers

Vermont·Title 5 Title 5: Aeronautics and Surface Transportation·Ch. 24 Chapter 024: Powers and Duties of Board and Agency as to Companies Other than Railroads and Aircraft
Sections 1823-1824 of this title shall not apply to any carrier subsidized by public funds under 24 V.S.A. chapter 126. (Added 1993, No. 172 (Adj. Sess.), § 6.)
