Text

Any duly authorized officer, employee, or representative of the Secretary may enter and inspect any property, premise or place on or at which an air contaminant source is located or is being constructed or installed at any reasonable time for the purpose of ascertaining the state of compliance with this chapter and rules in force pursuant thereto. No authorized person shall refuse entry or access to any authorized representative of the Secretary who requests entry for purposes of inspection, and who presents appropriate credentials; nor shall any person obstruct, hamper, or interfere with the inspection. If requested, the owner or operator of the premises shall receive a report setting forth all facts found that relate to compliance status. (Added 1967, No. 310 (Adj. Sess.), § 7; amended 1
