§ 3404 — Specified office and agent

Vermont·Title 11 Title 11: Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 23 Chapter 023: Limited Partnerships

Each limited partnership shall continuously maintain in this State:

(1)an office, which may but need not be a place of its business in this State, at which shall be kept the records required by section 3405 of this title to be maintained; and

(2)an agent for service of process on the limited partnership pursuant to section 1655 of this title. (Added 1997, No. 149 (Adj. Sess.), § 4, eff. Jan. 1, 1999; amended 2025, No. 10, § 6, eff. July 1, 2025.)
