§ 3204 — Supplemental principles of law
Vermont·Title 11 Title 11: Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 22 Chapter 022: Partnerships
(a)Unless displaced by particular provisions of this chapter, the principles of law and equity supplement this chapter.
(b)If an obligation to pay interest arises under this chapter and the rate is not specified, the rate shall be determined pursuant to 9 V.S.A. § 41a(a). (Added 1997, No. 149 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1999.)
