§ 7152 — Jurisdiction

Vermont·Title 12 Title 12: Court Procedure·Ch. 217 Chapter 217: Emancipation of Minors
The Probate Division of the Superior Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all proceedings concerning the emancipation of minors. (Added 1995, No. 145 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 91, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
